Home Office tries to justify giving the French Authorities £54 million with this failed social media ad.

PRITI PATEL HOME OFFICE

The UK Home Office has tried to justify giving £54 million to the French with a social media ad saying, “French Authorities have prevented over 8000 people from crossing this year”.

What they dont tell you is nearly 10,000 have made it into Britain by crossing the Channel illegally so far this year.

Promoting failures as an achievement isn’t a good look for the British Government.

The vast majority of those who have crossed the Channel have set off in Broad daylight.

Is giving a vast amount of money to France money well spent? More people have illegally made it to Britain by crossing the Channel than prevented. Why is this failed prevention scheme being masqueraded as an achievement by the Home Office?
