A new analysis suggests that Germany’s economy was hit by more than £12billion due to British consumers abandoning EU products following Brexit.
The economies of France, Spain, and Belgium were also harmed as Brits voted with their wallets to protest the treatment of UK by the EU, according to research published today by Facts4EU.
Based on ONS figures, today’s study lists the main losers. It starts with Germany, which has seen its exports to the UK drop by an alarming £12.2billion in comparison to five years ago.
