Labours narrow victory is called into question.

After Labour scraped a victory in last nights Batley and Spen by-election, George Galloway vows to take court action against the result. In an interview, after the result was called, Galloway went on the attack, saying he was taking court action against the result after the returning offices refused a call for a recount of the result.

As the law states, if the vote difference is less than 1 percent, a recount can be called to double-check the result.

While Labour celebrates the narrow victory, their vote has dropped over 20% in the last four years.
