A Member of the Rochdale Grooming Gang who faces deportation back to Pakistan shows no remorse. “We are not that big a criminal. We have not committed that big a crime.”

Adil Khan

Yesterday, during an immigration tribunal held in London, a member of the Rochdale grooming gang made a shocking statement. Adil Khan, aged 51, told the immigration tribunal hearing: “We have not committed that big a crime.”

This statement was said in an attempt to fight against his deportation back to Pakistan. Mr Khan, who got a 13-year-old girl pregnant and then denied he was the father went on to blame journalists, saying they made us out to be “big criminals”, saying: “The journalists have made our lives a living hell.”

“We are not that big a criminal. We have not committed that big a crime.

“I’m innocent. I’m not committing any crime. The journalists made us out to be big criminals.”

After doing what he did to little girls and claiming it wasn’t a big crime is shocking and a rejection to accept the severity of his actions.

Mr Khan also stated it goes against his human rights if he were to be removed from the UK after he says he renounced his Pakistani citizenship, meaning he’d be stateless.

He is now waiting to be removed from the UK.
