Piers Morgan stands by his criticism of Markle “I don’t believe almost anything that comes out of her mouth”

This morning Piers Morgan has said he stands by his comments about the Duchess of Sussex after leaving Good Morning Britain yesterday.

Piers Morgan said his comments were made in the interest of freedom of speech.

Piers Morgan said: “I believe in freedom of speech, I believe in the right to have an opinion. If people want to believe Meghan Markle, that’s entirely their right.”

“I don’t believe almost anything that comes out of her mouth. And I think the damage that she’s done to the British monarchy, and to the Queen, at a time when Prince Phillip is lying in hospital is enormous, and frankly contemptible.”

“So if I have to fall on my sword for expressing an honestly held opinion about Meghan Markle and that diatribe of bilge that she came out with in that interview, so be it.”

We will see her true colours when/if she attempts to sue him I an effort to make more money having bated another person to speak up.

It;s a bit rich when a man who as editor of the Mirror published falsified photo purporting to show British soldiers torturing Iraqi prisoners has the gall to accuse anyone of lying.
