In a cringe-worthy interview with Keir Starmer, the ITV interviewer revealed a video of people’s opinions of the Labour Leader from the once Labour stronghold of Leigh in Greater Manchester.
You could tell by Keir’s face that he was uncomfortable with watching what people were saying about him and his party.
With everyday people, you get a solid, honest reaction to what is asked. One former Labour voter said: “He is quite a weak personality. I don’t think he is as strong as he made out to be in his beliefs.”
Another said: “I’m not a fan of how he seems to put a lot of negativity across, but doesn’t have any solutions.”
This sentiment from everyday people shows people see Labour under Keir Starmer as weak and not a viable option to take power in Downing Street.
In hard times, such as we live, the government’s opposition typically gains momentum in the polls, but that hasn’t happened under Labour.
Labour is currently massively behind the Conservatives, and people still don’t know what Labour stands for.
Is Labour a viable option to take power at the next election.
