Lord Heseltine claims “We were misled by terrible phrases about taking back control and sovereignty which actually in the modern world mean nothing”.

Breaking News

In the interview, Lord Heseltine claimed that the people of this country were badly misled saying: “We were misled by terrible phrases about taking back control and sovereignty which actually in the modern world mean nothing”.

Lord Heseltine said he was “angry”, that Britain had been sold a “delusion” for Brexit.

He continued saying that negotiations so far have been anything but helpful to seal a deal between the EU and the UK. The Eurocrat said: “it’s our fault from start to finish” that Britain is doing poorly in the negotiations.

Heseltine also stated that it should be Britain to change its rules if it wants to deal with the EU, not the other way round. In his interview, he declared that we were sold a “delusion” of a better world outside the EU. He claimed that British is losing its “standing” and “prestige” on the world stage because the people of the United Kingdom wanted to leave the EU.

It’s just another Remainder having a whinge because he can’t fleece the public purse by becoming a Eurocrat.

Leave has always meant LEAVE.
No Deal is the best deal, but I suppose we must give the EU the chance to shoot itself in the foot.
