Nigel Farage – “The EU has not acted in good faith or good spirit ever since the day of the referendum.”

Yesterday on Sky News Nigel Farage stated that he wasn’t surprised that the EU has reacted in this way. This ultimatum which the EU has now set out has very specific paths for the UK to choose from. One option would be to entirely revoke the withdrawal agreement in its entirety as it’s now been made very clear by the EU that these problems have stemmed from the agreement and for the UK to now progress forward it needs to rid of.

Nigel Farage said: “The EU has not acted in good faith or good spirit ever since the day of the referendum.”Regarding the withdrawal agreement, Boris Johnson told the country it was this wonderful oven-ready deal.

“It was, in fact, a new EU treaty and we signed up to it, and we agreed to it.
“If we are giving notice that we intend to break parts of it, well I am not surprised, in this particular case that the EU has done what they have done.”
