Boris Johnson wants to underpin a new internal market plan in the UK. Still, Labour in Wales have decided to rip apart the prime ministers plan to label it a cause for concern.
This plan was to give mutual recognition of all goods all over the UK and enable the UK government to set food and environmental standards to Wales and Scotland.
The UK government wanted to strengthen the Union as a whole, so when we achieve new trade deals, the whole of the UK can benefit from any negotiated agreement.
Remainer Jeremy Miles, Welsh Brexit minister, said: “The Welsh Government is concerned that the long-term survival of the United Kingdom is under great strain and that the approach taken in the white paper will exacerbate those tensions in a way which, if not addressed, will accelerate the break-up of the Union.”
Again welsh Labour seems always to find problems without any solutions. But saying that is it any surprise to see a remainer government in a majority leave nation trying to once again rebel and halt any fast track to trade deals success .
